Tick all the left ones for now. That'll get you started.

When you download and install the plugin - and that works best, for now, with IE11 (not current Chrome or Edge) then all your settings will start from their default values.

I already does that (download and install the plugin), nothing happen,
and I can't see the live video in Chrome.

An up-to-date Chrome no longer supports that type of plugin.
You will need to use IE11 for now.

I'm not sure - try it and see. If you get live video - then you are good, and you can change settings.

Works with IE9, not with IE9 64Bit.
