help with dvr and iVMS-4500

hi - recently changed ISP and can’t set up ddns correctly for remote viewing. Please help!

If you use your IP address can you access NVR? What dons service are you using?

Yes - can access DVR via ip. Before changing ISP it was accessing via HiDDNS but my installer never gave me the credentials. The trouble I’m having is that I’m running a generic DVR not HIK so I can’t add device to iVMS-4500.

Also using ivMs -4500 .can't view online giving an error (authentication enabled put verification code on device information)
What is needed?
