HELP!

Is there anyway to view Hikvision NVR on a linux machine? I've tried Ubuntu with iVMS 4200 but there is one tool i can't find anywhere and that's the working version of SADPTool_V3.0.0.10 . I can find a newer version of SADP Tools but it doesn't work with Linux.

I have to use a Win7 VM under Oracle VirtualBox for that. It works OK.

At that point I can just use windows. Wanted to start using Linux since it’s lightweight.

SADP Tools is some tool from Hikvision that locates cameras within a network. Apparently that was/is needed for the linux iVMS to work. But the version I need is no longer found anywhere on the interwebs... =\
