I have a HikVision Camera, model DS-2DE4A425IW-DE, and I have it directly connected to my note book computer (really trying to isolate to find problem at this point). I'm able to log into the camera and everything works perfectly. However, I can not get the Hik-Connect platform to go "online" so I can connect to it with the IOS app. I've spent about 2 days on this now to no avail. Telnet is working. All good form SADP, etc. Also, I was able to get my NVR DS-7608NI-I2-8P to work with Hik-Connect. Both devices has the same verification code if that matters? Serial numbers are obviously different on both devices.
