hikvision 2132F IS locked

could you please advise.
one of my cameras always locked If I trying to connect her from browser.
I see it in SADP, I remember password, can change the IP but hikvision 2132F-IS noticed me to wait 20 minutes.
I tried plenty of times in different browsers without success.
please advise how to unlock the camera

Presumably there is something else accessing the camera with an incorrect password, causing the lockout when it tries multiple times.
Is the camera connected to an NVR? A camera viewer phone app?
 
camera before were connected to NAS Synology, and was connected successfully

And is the camera still connected, presumably to Surveillance Station, on the Synology NAS?
If so, perhaps the password on the Synology is no longer valid, and it is locking the camera when it tries it.

I changed IP of the camera and disabled camera in SStation.
but after 1 day camera become accessible
