Hikvision 3.3.3 is there on out?

Hi guys is there a 3.3.3 version out yet to resolve'

1. No photos in the alarm email
2. Survailance notification broken.

These issues are stopping me purchasing as I'd sooner have a working firmware, and not have to navigate will it break it or not updates.
