Hikvision Blurry/Out of Focus Image

Hey all,

Hoping to get some help on an issue I'm having with two DS-2CD2085FWD-I cameras. I have 4 of them total now, purchased at 2 different times. The first two I got are beautiful, the last two I got have some issues.

Here are the images:

These are the blurry/out of focus ones. The center and top of the image with the car in it are pretty out of focus. It's most obvious on the plants. The second image is far worse. Almost the entire center of the picture is out of focus, but the corners appear to be fine. "Organics" appears perfectly in focus, yet everything else is a blur.



This is the same type of camera but one I bought earlier. The image is much clearer and in focus. My Google-fu has run its course and I can't for the life of me figure out why they are so blurry.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You could open the cam and readjust the lens, you will have to break the glue that holds it. It may or may not resolve the problem, the lens itself may be defective. Regardless, its not something you should have to do.
