HikVision Camera password reset

Hello, I have problems reseting password on my IP CAM,

Ive tried contacting HikVision with no luck, anything I find here or elsewhere doesnt work for me.

Im able to create XML file but no tool i see work for me

How you can do this depends on the (unspecified) camera model and the (unspecified) firmware that is installed on it.
