Anyone managed to get a hold of this camera?

I did and configured it to work with NVR and chime.
Allthough I am happy with the technical quality, its the software and documentation quality that lets me down.
After having it work on one phone through hik-connect, I can't seem to get it to work on another phone or tablet after sharing it to the hik-connect accounts related to the mentioned devices.
Questions:
#1: Did anyone get this working across severall hik-connect accounts/apps on different mobile devices (tablets/phones)? When ringing the doorbell, only one app/phone gives an alert about it.
