Hikvision DS-2CD2342WD-I on Tinycam

Greetings:

I have four Hikvision cameras which I monitor with Tinycam on Android. The four cameras are...

1: Front Drive
DS-2CD2042WD-I (bullet cam)
V5.4.5 build 170124

2: Pool
DS-2CD2042WD-I (bullet cam)
V5.4.5 build 170124

3: Porch
DS-2CD3132-I (dome cam)
V5.2.5 build 141201

4: Top Drive
DS-2CD2342WD-I (turret cam)
V5.5.5 build 180111

The first three cameras are configured to stream via "Snapshot (JPEG)" protocol with a direct connection to each cameras dedicated IP address.

However, the #4 camera will not stream via JPEG...only via RTSP over TCP (MPEG/H264/H265)

All cams are configured similarly and am stymied as to what I am missing.

Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.

A long-shot suggestion - not knowing how TinyCam commands the camera - check if the Hikvision CGI service is enabled on the camera.

Thanks so much for the reply, but I am unable to see a setting on the cam for CGI service...
