HIKvision DS-2CD2432F-IW Cam issue

I've been connecting my cam to the SADP, but cannot view the cam from the browser anymore. I've already done the reset button on the back of the cam to reset to default, but still no luck. Anyone have any advice?

I wish that was the case, but it seems to be something more technical. Cable is good and we have connectivity with SADP.

Yes.

What are the details - ie camera IP address, PC IP address.
What does SADP show as the firmware version of the camera?
