Hello. I have a problem. I'm asking you to help me with it. My Hikvision DVR was blocked by our technical administrator. Right now I dismissed him, but DVR stayed blocked. Here in Ukeaine, the company, where we bought this DVR, is closed, because of the political situation. Please, help me to restore password.

I've tried it, but it didn't worked.

The the fastest way to reset the DVR is under plug the camera's and tftp the firmware back on to the DVR.
You will have to reprogram the DVR fully (10 minutes max) but you will have full local control of the DVR from the DVR it's self via a monitor and mouse
