There is no explicit TLS setting in the NVR menus for this firmware.
Use SSL, port 587, 'allow less secure apps' in the gmail account profile.

Is there any specific way to ensure intrusion detection working do I need to set on camera in each camera or should all settings be on the NVR only or other ? I am pretty new to the NVR realm.

The 'real' settings are in the camera - after all, it's the camera that's doing the analytics.
The ability to change camera settings via the NVR is really just a passthrough as a convenience, and a central place to store a subset of settings for occasional refresh out to the camera.
