Hikvision DS-7616N-E2 english Firmware needed

Hi just wondering if anyone could point me to where I may find "hacked to english" Chinese firmware for a Hikvision DS-7616N-E2 V3.3.4 build 150616 NVR. I tried upgrading not knowing there was such a thing as Chinese market NVR and now I got the constant beeping.

Check your 'conversations'.

Also - if you are feeling adventurous, depending on the version of bootloader in the NVR, you may be able to do a permanent conversion to EN from the existing CN.
