Hikvision firmware question

Hi,

I've got some DS-2CD2732I(S) cameras from AliExpress. Approx 1.5 years old. They came with EN firmware 5.1.6 at the time of purchase.

What is the latest English/multi language firmware that can be installed on these cams?

5.2.8 or 5.3.0?

I'm a bit lost in all the firmware threads, so I appoligize if this question has already been answered.

I believe it is 5.3.0 but I would suggest you look at 5.2.5 as it seems to have less issues than 5.3.0. Several awesome members of this forum have made a custom 5.2.5 with 4 x smart events instead of just one. Have a look in the sticky thread.
