Hikvision FPS not matching with BI

Hi,

I have a Hikvision 2CD2432F-IW. The camera is set to 20FPS, however, BI only sees about 6 or 7.

The 2 other Dahua cameras I have are operating correctly. I've checked the Hikvision camera settings to make sure it's broadcasting at the correct FPS and it is. Please help, the recordings are horrible.

Is it connected wifi?

No, hardwired with POE. FYI, so are the 2 Dahua cameras. I also tried disabling the others, but that doesn't seem to change anything.

What is your exposure setting?
Are you running the blue iris demo?

Exposure is set as "Auto*8(320000us)"
Iris Type: Manual Iris

No, this is the full paid version.

Well... Since you asked about exposure, I tried changing to 1/30 and now the FPS is correct. Go figure!
