Hikvision how to unbind the device from p2p?

The device is added by other users.Please help me unbind so I can help customer do settings since this customer ask others to do cctv settings before.Anyone know where to unbind? Thank you so much.

I do not think there is a way to do so, but I am also interested on hearing if anyone knows a way.
