after I login and enter the user name and password. and network abnormal pop up. how to fix that? thank you. I have the 2332. no reset pigtail !!! :sad2:

can you post a screenshot of the error message?

Fire up SADP and check / change the network settings, having figured which of them it's complaining about. Maybe a duplicate IP address?
