Hikvision IPC DS-2CD2112-I reset

Hi team,
Could I get some assistance from your side? I am trying to make a favor to a friend that has 2 IP cams and no support, and I am facing the challenge of having no password for the devices.
The cams are:
  1. DS-2CD2112-I software V5.1.2build 140116, serial DS-2CD2112-I20131225CCWR446543779, start time 3/19/2022 7:45:33 PM for which we need the security code.
  2. DS-2CD1323G0-I software V5.5.92build 190227, serial DS-2CD1323G0-I20190601AAWRD24844960 for which we attach the .xml export as result from SADP tool, and we are asking for the encrypted file.
Any help and info is much apreciated.

Yes, probably - however, the 'password reset request file' that you have attached requires that a private Hikvision support system must be used to generate the response.
The system is only accessible by Hikvision support staff.

I believe this is the 'encoding version' as opposed to the firmware version.

What does SADP show for the firmware version?
If the firmware is older than 5.3.0 you should be able to use the @bp2008 password reset tool here :

If the firmware is between 5.3.0 and 5.4.0 you should be able to extract a configuration file using the Hikvision backdoor security vulnerability with this URL :
http://<camera_IP_address>/System/configurationFile?auth=YWRtaW46MTEK

Use the IP address as shown by SADP, and ensure the PC IP address is in the same range.
Zip up the extracted configuration file and attach it here, and it should be possible to decrypt and decode it to expose the password.

I have 3 installations with 2-3 cameras per location and each location having their own server and bi install
These are all being viewed on one remote computer by manager via web UI
Manager needs to open 3 browsers to view the 3 different locations via port forwarding.
Manager wants to just see all cameras from 1 web ui only.
We are limited to port forwarding 1 port only on each location.

That version of firmware no longer has the 'Hikvision backdoor' vulnerability that's used by that URL, so that method to extract the password will not work.

A couple more options :
Use the Hikvision tftp updater to apply the same version of firmware as is already installed.
This will reset the camera to default settings.

The device specifications suggest it has a reset button - presumably under the dome.
The way to use this would be - with power off, press the reset button, apply power and keep the button pressed for over 30 seconds.
Then find the camera with SADP and 'Activate' it with your own strong password.

Locate Hikvision brand cameras within the same network, including their IP address and port.

Yes, I can!
For the camera HIKVISION DS-2CD2112-I - 429682353
The password for username=admin is Camera4767

And as there are several other sensitive IDs and passwords held in your configuration file - I have deleted it from your post above as protection.
