Hikvision is camera not communicating with nvr

i tried the reset tool, its the same codes that hikvision support gave me. I get a green check mark saying the password has been changed, but i still cant change parameters (enabling dhcp, hik connect, ip address or any of the ports). it seems like my only option is to use the unbricking tool

hi everyone,
i was able to flash all the cameras with the TFTP server easily. i ended up connecting the PC to a poe switch to the cameras. it wouldn't work with the poe injector for some reason. i also set the local ip to 192.0.0.128. thanks everyone for the help, hope this helps out other people as well

Byousefz thanks for the information, so a POE injector needs to be used with a ethernet hub or switch.

I'll look into ethernet cables as I'm sure that there's a type that can be used to connect two devices directly without an ethernet hub or switch, but as unusual when you really want to remember something it usually eludes you.
