Hikvision iVMS-4200 v2.7.2.7 not working with Windows 10

I'm having issues with the latest version of Hikvision's iVMS-4200 software not loading the main view in Windows 10.

As seen in the Google Doc link explaining my issues with the software. I'm hoping someone can help or has any ideas on this.

There is open access on the Google Doc, (click Google Doc) to open.
