HIKVISION LIVE VIEW ON WEB

We got hikvision cameras and nvr setup at one of our offices and we are trying to view live video on the web . We tried it first on normal Edge and when we log in the live view window is just grey and does not load anything. Then we tried it on Edge tab with IE 11 mode and got the message to download the plugin, so we downloaded it, closed edge and installed the plugin and reloaded and signed in. Still no luck.

We are using a model 536 with Firmware 4.50

We tried clearing all browser cache, reinstalling plugin, adding the site to reload on IE mode automatically but still nothing

Thanks we were trying not to install any other browser but will keep this as our last resort

Yes.
It runs native IE on Windows 10 or 11.
