Hikvision NVR [76 77 96 NI-I] firmware version gone backwards?

So, the firmware for the Hikvision 76-77-96 NI-I firmware is available from the Europe website here: DOWNLOAD EU PORTAL

I had previously downloaded 4.1.70 (build 181114) from here.
But now, I noticed that the latest is 4.1.63 build 190111.

What happened? How come the latest build has an older version number?

Does anyone have a changelog?

A longshot - but I wonder if it is anything to do with the latest @montecrypto release :

Yes, I wondered if somehow what @montecrypto had done with the V4.1.70 version caused Hikvision to withdraw that from the site, and issue a new V4.1.63 version with some sort of counter-fix.
The newer firmware is hard to penetrate - unless a flaw had been found that allowed a way in.
Just guessing though.

Honestly, I have no idea.
As I said - I'm just guessing as to why they removed that version.

They don't unless you are a techy, a CCTV nerd like some of us, that like to get stuck in about these things.
