Hi I have a Hikvision NVR that is successfully working within the LAN using IP. (internal)

I have created a Hikvision DNS account and successfully created a domain and working redirect to the NVR by using the address us.hik-online.com/DOMAINNAME. The address works on all every computer, even from outside the home network.

I am setting this up at a relative house and unable to get it work on their mobile. I have this same setup at my home and it works great.

On the app, iVMS-4500, I am using Register Mode " HiDDNS" enter the Device Domain and credentials, it fails to connect every time.

Setup:
Modem Gateway: 192.168.0.1
Router Gateway/IP: 192.168.29.1
Router IP: 192.168.0.15
NVR: 192.168.29.145

Modem Port Forwarding Port 80 to 192.168.0.15 (Router that NVR is connected)
Router has Port Forwarding Port 80 to 192.168.29.145 (NVR)

NVR is accessible by 192.168.29.145 on Computer AND iVMS-4500 in Internal LAN.
NVR is accessible by us.hik-online.com/DOMAINNAME on Computer, NOT iVMS-4500.
NVR is accessible by Public IP Address:80 on Computer, NOT iVMS-4500.

For the nvr, make sure you are forwarding both the rtsp port and media port.

First things first. If this put the modem/router combo in bridge mode. Seems like everything is mixed up and over complicated.
