HIKVISION NVR Question

Hello,
I already have an HIKVISION model DS-7608NI-Q2/8P, but im upgrading to a 16 channel version but i have a question about the meaning in the model. Does anyone know the difference between these two HIKVISION NVR models? K2 vs Q2.

DS-7616NI-K2/16P

Different CPU's or DSP's., so likely different bandwidth specs. Yes, that's pretty vague but that's all the PDF below reveals:

The K model looks like it can do 12mp cameras and it has a higher Poe wattage.
