I have DS-7604NI-K1 / 4P NVR, and I need to ""see"" it on my local network, like my other networked devices..... I have looked on YouTube for an answer, but did not find my answer.

Assuming that you have connected the NVR LAN port to your network switch / router -
Use SADP to find it on the network, check the IP address it is using, and if necessary change the IP address to one of your own choice that matches the range your network uses.
Then use the IE11 browser to access the IP address that the NVR is using, downloading and installing the plugin to IE11 if needed.

Thank you for the reply. I have no problem accessing that NVR from my Internet explorer running on my computer. I need it to show up under my network locations using Windows explorer.

It's not a file server offering shares over the network.
You won't see it like you see a NAS, for example, or other windows computers.
