hikvision nvr setup and ip cams

Thanks think this is an issue with two cameras, I have 5 with substream working fine and two that do not
 
Now do again a full factory default to your camera's
I did it with this order. First firmware update, and after the factory default.
 
pls... help me about our hikvision NVR unable to browse its default IP even it is in range of our Computer Ipv4 settings.
 
Just had the same, could not enter sub stream options of the camera, from the NVR side... Logged in to the camera directly, sub stream bitrate was around 4000, lowered that to 320..reboot both nvr and camera , and it worked again
