Please can you help me?I have a NVR ds-7104n-sn/p with firmware 3.0.13 chinese version multilanguage and doesn't plug and play with my ip cameras hikvision ds-2cd1131-i firmware 5.4.5 english version. Does anyone can give me a solution how to plug and play them?thank you in advance.

I would first double check the user/password combination and see if the NVR has the correct ones for the cameras.

The NVR and camera has the same user and password but it doesn't plug and play with the ds-2cd1131-i,somebody else can help me?thank you.
