Weather here isn't bad, so you can send it to me.
Can't wait for the review on that one.
i'm kinda hoping it works well for LPR, though I don't think I'd wanna shell out for another ultra z5 so hopefully the regular starlight z5 works well
I'm trying to convince the woman that 2 cameras on each side of the garage won't be bad. I'd like to use a turrent for LPR but not sure if that will work.
Colorado is full; you can stay in Florida.. please
I wanted my family to follow me out; but right after I got settled in property values freaking skyrocketed for some reason and now nobody can afford to buy anything here.. One of the reasons I just bought an SUV is because every friggin weekend all summer long every campsite is full; if you didnt reserve a site on a holiday weekend back in January your already fucked.. the only places left are the ones that are hard to get too and require you to bring everything cuz you wont be getting a toilet

Property values skyrocket in Colorado.....really? They are doing the same in Washington.......wonder why?????
We are growing in North Idaho but much slower.
Recreational weed.... and it's already a beautiful state... why stay in CA when Colorado has everything? I wanted to buy a house out there, but missed the boat a few years back.
Im trying to record to my NAS on alarm whilst waiting for my NVR to arrive.
I can record the live video by selecting the video icon on the live feed but the record on alarm don't write to the same folder on my NAS.
I think I got all set up good but a quick check list might help.
Many events triggered but nothing recorded.
click on schedule under Storage and make sure you have that setup
12mm isn't going to do squat unless you mount the thing on a mailbox right next to the road, and then MAYBE.
I noticed last night if you have enabled WDR then the Manual Exposure option is limited to 0 to 40ms (0 to 1/25th second.) I'm guessing that is also the case if you leave it in "Auto". If you disable WDR you can then select 0 to 330ms (up to 1/3 second.) So that probably means Auto can also utilise that range.
Hikvision do the same limitation with WDR enabled. I think it's due to the processing times with Wide Dynamic Range.
Hope you are feeling better soon. Looking forward to the news.
Found my old Blackberry Playbook tablet - anyway this can be used as a monitor/display?
Yeah, I set that to
Thanks for offering to help a Dahua newbie, my old cam are 5yr old Ycam or Ucam think they are called on your side of the pond.
checked schedule as suggested and changed and saved as below.
BUT when I go back into schedule see below, does that mean its not saving my changes ?
Hope its something im missing and not a bug as ive checked the firmware and its the latest
Software Version2.460.0000.3.R, Build Date: 2017-01-05
yay - mine has just arrived. have opened it up to insert microsd.
Am i being thick - unable to put the mount/housing back to together. ( i have not lost the setscrew yet)
This is always fun 15ft up on a ladder. I haven't taken the time to figure it out, but usually 20-30 seconds with twisting stuff around, it pops back on for me.
Mine looks the same, but is recording properly.
general is the one that records constantly, I was not able to check off that box and have the green lines show up on the schedule until I put an SD card into the camera.
NAS Storage generally sucks
Wondering about this also.
I see that it will give more standoff from the wall to allow a better angle of view options.
Other than that, does using the PFB203W provide any additional advantages?
