Hikvision question and poe injector

Hello all,
i have 2 questions please..
1- how can i get the 4200pcnvr to manage the microsd card i put in? It sees the computer harddrive to format but i want to use the 90 write micro card. I have triple checked insertion and reset and will not find it to format.

2 anyone familiar with the comcast poe injector they use for their cams? Trying to use one for hik but only works when power direct to cam power plug. When using power on the splitter from switch nothing poe. Tried multiple set. Weird.

Not familiar with this - but is it an active or passive PoE injector?
If you look at the Hikvision camera specs it mentions 802.11af which is an active PoE.
