Hikvision TFTP server tool.

Hey I have bought a 7216HQHI-F1 DVR and I decided to upgrade it to the latest firmware through the interface of the dvr with a flash usb plugged into it.
Now the DVR is stuck on the boot screen so I decided to use hikvision tftp software to reflash another firmware but the problem is that the dvr isn't connecting to the pc, the tftp software stays on tftp server initialized and nothing happens.
I have tried all the things like restarting the DVR several times and using a switch or a router and turning the dhcp off with no luck at all.
Note that I have done all the necessary configuration like turning all the firewall off and setting the IP to 192.0.0.128 and I have pinged the DVR with an IP 192.0.0.64 and got a response.
So pleaaaase anyone can help me with this frustrating problem????
