Hikvision via iVMS-4500 HELP REQUIRED

Hi Guys,

I purchased two Hikvision IP cameras with the below details.

I have astatic IP Address of 124.168.XXX.XXX ( NOTE: XXX.XXX as I don’t want tobroadcast my IP Address.) and when i use a remote computer outside of LAN networkand type into internet explorer 124.168.XXX.XXX:8077 I can log intocamera 1 or 124.168.XXX.XXX:8078 for camera 2.


I however when i use my IPhone via 4G to log in viaiVMS-4500 is will not connect.


Ports 8077, 8078, 554, 443, 10554, 80 are all open.

For the life of me I cannot work out why it will work on a remote PC using 4G Tethering but not directly via app.

Need setup ddns to wan ip to watch live. Or use ezviz cloud to watch

Huisun cam was a bit wonkey with remote.on mine it worked when I changed IP address from 192.168.1.13 to 192.168.1.99
