My PC's network card had an ip address change (I can't get it back), since another device has that address now (Xbox controller).
Since I have setup the UI3 with that address, now it won't work anymore. Also I have forgot how did I get the UI3 icon on my phone.
I have OpenVPN setup and that works.
I'm trying the browser address, but that doesn't work.
I have all sorts of issues with the dual NIC setup, since I have replaced my main router. Nic card address keeps reverting to the factory address, BI keeps changing to another NIC card, and so on.
Any help would be appreciated.

in BI computer set the BI Address to static so they do not change. My main network is 192.168.1.xxx my BI camera network is 192.168.2.xxx
In the router set the DHCP range to only use part of the available addresses
All you IP cameras connect to the second NIC need to be set as static in the cameras.

On my asus router I do NOT use numbers greater 192.168.1.200 range of numbers or numbers less than 192.168.1.10 . So they are not assigned, This is where I put all my static IP addresses like BI, 192.168.1.235

Thanks for this, it is great to see with pictures.
Now, how do I get back UI3 on my phone?
The address has changed from 192.168.1.116, to 192.168.1.117 and of course, now I can't view my cameras remotely. This address is the internet address on the BI PC.
The camera server(BI PC) address is 192.168.10.1.

Are you using a VPN ?
Who is the DDNS provider ?
What is the local address of the BI PC, If using two NIC in the BI PC there should be two addresses.
What is the local address of your router ?
Can you access the UI3 when you are on your local home network.

NOTE: 192.168.10.x and 192.168.1.x are not internet addresses they are local LAN addresses.

======================================
Private ip addresses. Local IP addresses. These addresses are NOT used by the internet. They are for your local home/business network.
10.0.0.0 to 10.255.255.255
172.16.0.0 to 172.31.255.255
192.168.0.0 to 192.168.255.255

Yes, OpenVPN on Asus router.
I don't think that I selected any DDNS provider, maybe that is my issue?
BI PC internet NIC address: 192.168.1.117
BI PC camera NIC address: 192.168.10.1(PC) and cameras are 192. 168.10.2 and so on.
I can access UI3 from Wi-Fi
I know that the 192.168.1.... are local Lan addresses.

I have managed to fix it. Most likely the missing DDNS was the cause.
I have just gave it a name, applied and it became active.
On my phone, I have just typed into the browser http://192.168.....:8xx/ui3.htm, and it popped up. Yeahhh!!.
Thank you for your help.
Soon I will be switching modems, and most likely I will have to do it again.
