I got 6 cameras on a system. #2 is coming blank though there is a connection at port 2. How do I drag #7 to #2?

Depending on the (unspecified) model of NVR, there may be some Live View settings in the web GUI, for example on a Hikvision DS-9632NI :
Lorex NVR, so similar to Dahua.
Right click mouse button, choose sequence and rearrange camera view to as you wish.

So you're in PA? I must say I don't recall seeing that much razor wire and barbed wire except around correctional facilities, secure manufacturing compounds or military installations. It appears you have a fortress!
