How to access v380 video feed on a web browser

Live cams pro is the name of the app I have to download on my ios?
Yep...it's $1.99 and by "Eggman Technologies".
Did you click on the first link (blue-colored text) ?...there you can read about it.

Yes, i did. unfortunately its for ios 9 or later and I have 7 which is pretty much the whole reason of having posted this question in the first place.

I finally got the Wish $15 dollar V380 camera to work in Blue Iris:

On the Video Tab
Ip address of camera, ie: http://192.168.0.93:34567
Put in the username and password you setup for the camera, I believe admin is default and can't be changed but you set the password.
For the Make, choose Cantonk and the Model should be this H.264 port 34567
For the Media/Video/RTSP port use 34567 and I don't think the Discovery/ONVIF port matters but I have 8999 in there
Under Video - Params it should be Main and Camera is 0.
I also enable the Audio under the Audio Tab, I checked Enable Audio Channel.

That's it. Now this cheap camera will show up in Blue Iris. By the way I have Blue Iris 5 that I have this working on.

Goodluck.

Does any one want two V380 cameras? I think the part number is 19837172 but hard to know anything. I am ordering more cameras like the ones I know and use, not this one.

V380 Pro on phone, can not set Manual IP address. I need to enter a number like this "192.168.11.24" but " . " is not allowed.
Wanted to enter a camera password like "59831" but the password must start with a letter, not a number. Not easy to learn this.
Want to hide the camera. At power up the white lights blink. The speaker said three things very loudly. Can not be used as hidden camera.
Can not get V380 Pro to run on PC. Must install Android emulator and C++ first and then another anti-virus program install its self. Will not run so I had to uninstall all that.
V380 (not-pro) does work on the PC but I can not make IP-address changes to the camera.
The install videos must be for a different version of software. It does not look like what I have.
I just want to see the camera on a web browser.
"rtsp:/192.168.11.24/live/ch00_1" Camera does not respond. (not easy to find the camera address, yours will be different)
"192.168.11.24:8899/live/ch00_1" The camera does respond with garbage. (34567 does not work)

this thread Fentac V380 Connection has a working solution for enabling RTSP on v380 camera. However, for me RTSP works with any password which is undesirable for obvious reasons - if I forward the port to an outside word anyone can see my feed. Here is a summary of what you have to do. The credit is for original poster and not for me.
  1. Power the camera off
  2. Remove SD card
  3. Put the ceshi.ini file on the card (mine had unix line endings and no blank line after the two lines, but I am pretty both of this does not matter)
  4. File name: ceshi.iniContent:
    [CONST_PARAM]
    rtsp=1

  5. Put the SD card into the camera
  6. Switch the camera off and on again
  7. The camera says:
    • System starting
    • chinese
    • System startup completed
    • establishing access point
    • access point established
    • chinese (same as before if I am not mistaken)
  8. The access point is then not established and I needed to power the cam off an on again.
The following address then works with vlc player:
rtsp:/admin:password@192.168.xx.xx:554/live/ch00_1

Thank you, this worked for me, do you know how to get the audio to come through?

Thanks,

I want to connect it to my BlueIris but dont know how.

If I use the V380 software, I see the IP but doesn't work if I use it on BlueIris software.

Can I have the good settings to be able to installed with blueIris.
