I have purchased BlueIris for my School and used BACS to pay for the software, however I have not received the serial no. I am wondering how other people have managed to communicate with BlueIris as none of my emails have been replied to. the emails I have used are support@blueirissoftware.com & 'register@blueirissoftware.com' (of which the mailbox is full).
