How to pull HIK NVR streams in to BI?

So I've done a bunch of searches didn't really come up with much, hopefully some of you can help me.

I have a 8 Camera HIKvision NVR and I just installed my Blue Iris computer. I can't seem to figure out how to pull the streams from my HIK in to BI.

I was able to do this with my Milestone but I can't figure it on BI.

select the hikvision nvr from the dropdown menu...change the cam no for each channel
