HOW TO unbranding a OEM Hikvision NVR

Dear All,
i've a problem with a ADJ 800-00001 NVR, an Hikvision OEM product re-branded that, from march of this year cannot connect to www.hiddns.com.

Manufacter say me to upgrade firmware, and send me a coplete guide to do the udate but... the FW version is the same, and so the problem PERSIST !

I've always know that my nvr was a HIKVISION product, just REBRANDED IN "ADJ", and so i've tried to find a similar Hikvision product so i can upgrade firmaware, using that file... BUT...

But, when i try to write on my NVR, from the local path, NVR say "file mismatch" and stop the process;

Tried with TFTP Tool, process go on and finish good BUT..

but when NVR restart, it's always the same OLD FW VERSION !!!

For me, there is some WRITE PROTECION active...

Can anyone HELP ME please??

It sounds like the firmware file you've been given does not match the NVR you are trying to update.
And the tftp process is also not completing the file transfer.
Presumably the USB update method will do the same.

What is the name of the file that you d/l ?
