How would you add a Geovision GV-SD200-S18x to Blue Iris

How would you add a Geovision GV-SD200-S18x to Blue Iris? I am having a hard time getting this to connect in. Ken had me try a few things but I still keep getting a RTSP: 404 stream not found.

I am attaching a few screen shots of ports and what not. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Maybe this will help..try the generic rtsp stream and use this /ip:554/h264 in the path where ip is your cams ip address.

The product literature claims the camera is ONVIF compliant.
If you query the camera with the really useful Windows tool 'ONVIF Device Manager' from sourceforge.net you will see lots of useful information, including the RTSP stream URI, at the bottom of the 'Live Video' page.
And if you want to connect the camera under ONVIF, the 'ONVIF port' shows in the URI at the bottom of the 'Identification' page.

for what its worth, the cameras are on the dropdown list so they should work.
