No... I'm not using Wi-Fi. Bandwidth not adequate. They are all hard wired through gigabyte switches. The recording on the computer is fine. It's just the email copies. I can live with that and I can connect with my computer via my smartphone.

Are you referring to video sent via email? if you you need to increase the max bitrate of that video to 2048 from the default 512, alert>email>video
