Does BI or the NVR suggested have the ability to automatically send files to a predetermined storage or is something I will need to do manually in case of any event?
I.T. Director, Registered Nurse and whatever else I am asked to do in need of a solution...

You will have a disk drive in either unit to store the video locally.
