Hi

can any body help me, i want to access my IP Camera using SSH or Command Prompt

A commonly-used Windows SSH client is PuTTY, download page here:
PuTTY Download Page

All you need is the IP address of the camera, and the admin login details.

I Tried to connect via Putty but it gives error, unable to connect

may be the port issue, iam using port 22 to connect

Maybe port 22 is not open on the camera.. check for any menu settings that give the option to open the port / feature
