Looking to upgrade my Blueiris system to a newer hardware.

Came across i7-6700 with 8GB RAM & 128GB SSD for £300 including VAT. It's an OptiPlex.

Question: is this a good deal for this type of hardware? It will be used to run 5 or 6 cams with other services bits & backup.
