Ideas or suggestions for a portable camera pole

I'm currently purchasing a Hikvision DS-2XS2T47G1-LDH/4G/C18S40 which is a solar powered, 4G, colorVu camera set up. Ideally I am looking for a stable yet portable solution for a camera pole that I can attach the Hikvision to. The camera can be mounted anywhere between 10ft to 30ft. My concerns are the stability of camera pole (swaying with winds), stability of the base (cannot be tipped over easily), portability (being able to move it from site to site in a fairly easy manner) and supporting atleast 30 pounds.

Anyone have any suggestions for a pole or a mount? I Ideally do not want to be digging holes and burying the pole if possible. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

How about a tetherball pole? Or a portable basketball hoop. They are light then fill with water when in place. Just remove the hoop and backboard. I frequently see these discarded.

A basketball hoop isn't a bad idea at all but kinda impractical when it comes to a more commercial application. I should have clarified that this camera / set up will be tested initially by myself and then used in a commercial manner, such as being deployed on a golf course, a construction site, a secluded property or parking lots etc.

Yeah, I guess a basketball hoop would reek of rookie in a commercial application! :) Still, looking at the tetherball sets on Amazon might give you some ideas for fabrication of a solid support. We used a wheel and tire filled with concrete growing up. Still unprofessional but covering it with a sports team's colors could camouflage that. Some had spikes driven in which could work out on a golf course, sports field, etc. 10' of 2" rigid conduit would make man excellent mount if you could get a base fabricated.

I realize now you should probably say how portable the pole needs to be. Carried by hand? Hand truck? On trailer? etc. I originally assumed carry by hand and could't think of a solution with the height you need. 30 feet is pretty high up for a portable yet stable pole. Even something like a cherry picker is going to sway.

Portable as in can be dropped and set up and then broken down and moved to a new site. So probably not a trailer but something that is heavy enough and study enough so I guess carried by an hand truck.
Some of this stuff is crazy though.
