Idmss help

Hello all!!!!

need help with setting up idmss. My nvr said i m online but then when i try to connect using idmss, it says connection failed. Is there something i need to set up with my nvr to make it work? Bought a couple of cameras and nvr from andy but havent heard back from him yet probably due to the chinese new year. Please help. Thanks

Can i ask you a question. How do i upgrade the firmware for the cameras. I saw there is a new firmware. Do i download it to a memory stick And then plug it into the nvr?

If there is not a specific problem that you are having that the firmware upgrade is documented to fix, then do not upgrade. Please read the 100s of posts of people that have bricked there cameras when trying to upgrade.

If it is not broken do not fix it.
