Purchased this PC to run Blue Iris.

Only going to run a handful of cams (for my mom's house actually). Ordered a 4TB WD purple, should give her at least 6 weeks of footage. We don't really desire any more than that.

Computer has an M2 128GB SSD and came with a 1TB drive which I swapped out for the 4TB WD purple. I noticed that the board has 2 free SATA ports and one free sata power port (not that I couldn't just use a splitter anyway).

Plenty of space for the new hard drive. I figured maybe I can just use moutning tape to mount the 1TB drive on top of the 4TB drive? Any suggestions?

Both drives, Seagate is just sitting there not mounted or anything.

I installed Server 2019 Datacenter, if that means anything to anyone lol.

Being that close together I'd check the HDDs running temperatures after it's been powered on and closed up for an hour or so.

Wow! Sounds expensive.
Or maybe not ...
I'd watch out for built-in malware.

The risk would be if it gets shut down at some future point when the leaked MS Enterprise licence reverts to 'not genuine'.
Tempting though.
True, It's a small risk though. So far so good on my windows 10 pro license for over a year. I actually bought a used laptop on ebay and the key it came with stopped working. Worst I've seen happen on a server OS it will say windows is not activated in the corner or what not.
