Hello,
I’m trying to solve a strange problem that recently came up. HIK vision 4K cameras won’t display in the iOS blue iris app only when viewing a single camera and only during the day.
The cams display correctly at night (ir setting), when looking at the multi cam display, thumbnail display, and in a browser and with ui3 during the day. Its only the iPhone app when I click on a single camera view and during the day.
All the 1080p cams work fine. I should also mention that the icons for motion and recording come on like it’s displaying the video but the screen is black. I am on the latest version of blue iris and the iOS app. I have tried on WiFi, lte, and via the local network. I have turned off all virus/firewalls, etc. This problem only started the last couple weeks, it was working fine previously.
Any ideas on what to troubleshoot next?
