iOS app constantly not connecting

Just made an account to post that I have this same issue. I have a Netgear R7000v2.
I believe this is a router issue. Periodically, my Android and iOS apps are unable to connect to my blue iris server. It doesn't work for some time and then the next day it will work... However it WILL connect via my computer Chrome browser! (But not the mobile device browser).

My router has one camera directly attached to it. All other cameras are either connected to moca or power line. The server is connect by moca.

The interesting thing about this situation is that when the connection goes down , and I log in via the computer, the camera connected to the router is always down, but the other ones are up.

I turned off ddos protection and it worked well for awhile but the problem is back. I upgraded from win 8 to 10 and problem is back.

So why during these episodes does mobile access get blocked ? Why does only the camera directly connected to the router get undetected by blue iris ?
