Ip Cam Poe board Dead?

I have an older ip cam and it went out for few days, so i decided to jump it with a power adapter and all works now, but if power is unplugged it goes offline and there is no blinking power on the cat5e cable as it has those green leads.
I assume the poe board poe maybe gone .

(Model gw-2061ip long time ago purchased)

You're probably right.
Maybe time to buy an active PoE splitter to provide the needed 12v at the camera end of the cable.

It was not the cable, as i took the camera down and i connected with a 6ft new test cable and it was the same problem. But connected with power and it worked.
Now i put a PoE splitter and i am back in business till next time.
