we have connected the HIKVISION IP camera client place with no internet or PC is available remote location, there are power problem, due to frequent power failure the camera will be off for 3 - 4 hours and when it restarts the time and date in the camera starts from the time it got switched off not the latest time,
the client wants only wants to see the video recorded in the camera,
the video download on the SD card, once in a 10 days see on the laptop with hik software

Major issue is the real time stamping

.....no internet or PC is available remote location....
As stated above by others you're going to need a local time server (PC) that can access the Internet OR have a VERY expensive WWV or GPS card installed in a PC to obtain it via radio or satellite.

If no Internet at the site, is there a location nearby or next door that would allow you to have wireless Internet access just long enough each day to obtain a time sync from the Internet? The amount of data would be extremely low, less than a kilobyte, IIRC.

If all else fails, consider a UPS (battery back up) for the cams to possibly keep them going and prevent loss of time during those "frequent power outages" if they're not of an extremely long duration. You would still need to sync them periodically because they will drift.

Welcome @imran pasha

Remember to also check the battery on the NVR that it is charged up.
( same applies if using a PC with VMS software - you can often tell the battery on the motherboard is dead when you reboot the system and the time is off. One thing the battery does is keep the clock on the motherboard functional when the pc is powered off. )
